Edward has over 20 years of culinary experience, but his favorite food in the world is PIZZA! Ever since he journeyed to Naples while in the US Navy, he's wanted to bring his vision of fire and food to life... The Universe has decided that the time is NOW... 

Claudia hails from Bogota, Colombia, where she obtained a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Her generosity and impeccable standards for customer service will ensure that everyone leaves happy, and no one leaves hungry.

Annabella is the progeny of two very strong personalities... She specializes in Baking, and her passion for Fire-Themed food is undeniable. She is the magic behind our delicious desserts.

This is Nugget, our mascot and Chief Tasting Officer. She is a Cane Corso, which is Italian for "Good Girl"
